Btw, I hv encountered a minor issue in both stages. For "ATC delivery" which are usually done at DEL channel, but in your work, they were carried out at the GND channel. Is it designed to do so or just my problem?

Yes. In real life, Sendai doesn't have a Delivery frequency, so clearance delivery is done on the Ground frequency.
