建议申请格式：[作者名]+ 申请成为[涂装/改档/工具]作者，请求批准
例如：李华，申请成为改档作者，请求批准
建议并附上一张自己制作的涂装，改档或者工具的截图为证
管理员会通过邮件或站内点评告知审核结果

Suggested format: [Name] + requests to be a [Livery/Scenario/Tool] author, request for approval
Example: "Jack, requests to be a Scenario author, request for approval."
It's recommended to attach screenshots of a livery, stages, or tool you've created as proof of your work.
The admin team will notify you of the result via email or quick reply message under your post.
